Inter-religious dialogue

One of our missions is to inspire people of all faiths to work together for peace and justice. As a Christian organisation, we have a special responsibility to try to inspire the churches to work for peace.

Religion can play a role in conflict, for good or for bad. Through seminars and information material, we wish to increase knowledge of the role of religion in conflict. For example, SweFOR supported the international, inter-religious conference "Tools for Peace - the Role of Religion in Conflict" that took place in November 2004.
